I’d say it has been long awaited to see this expo return to Anaheim, and the part I am most excited about is the NPC Athletes that will be stepping onto the stage this week.
Watching these individuals is always so inspiring. For most of them, this a first time achievement. I love hearing their stories about what made them compete in the National Physique Committee. For some they began this journey several years ago, like my client Brigid. She is a mom of 2, a wife to a first responder, and blue collar worker. She was tired of feeling sluggish and having the mom-bod. She started training and event went the length and hired a fitness coach. When she reached her goal weight and size, her coach strongly encouraged her to enter a fitness show. She ended up taking 2nd in her class! This was her first time ever competing in the NPC Bikini division.
Just before her weekend concluded, she reached out to me to photograph her NPC Bikini figure. She had a feeling she wouldn’t be this lean again but wanted to document her achievement, just in case. We had a great time photographing her fitness photos in Huntington Beach and since then we have done a few family photos.
Before this weekend is over at the Anaheim Fit Expo and your tan starts to fade and your calories start to increase, consider making an investment that will make your shred and gains immortal!
